Born and raised in Horry County, Rusty is a licensed and certified Home Inspector in both North Carolina #5219 and South Carolina #49569. As a member in good standing of The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), he treats every inspection like he was inspecting his own home and treats his clients like family. He has an extensive background not only in home inspection but also residential construction and water and mold mitigation and remediation. He completes many hours of continuing education every year for both states and always studying and learning more about his trade.
